Ok this is my first summary so here goes.
Okay it starts out with a small recap of what happened in the first episode.(when inuyasha tells Kagome that if he gives him the jewel that he wont sharpen his claws on her)Anyway she tryst to run away but trips on the bones of the centipede demon and misses inu's attack. Then there’s a hole lot of running. After kaede(sry if its spelled wrong) says the only way to stop inu is if she can get some type of necklace around his neck. Then tells Kagome to say the commanding words. She sees inuyashas ears twitching when he is trying to get the jewel thats on the bridge(Kagome fell and dropped it and it rolled in the middle of a wooden bridge)then she just yells out "sit boy"(lol:D Inuyasha crashes face first into the bridge) after this happens twice he falls into the river. Then we see Kagome and kaede in a cabin. Kaede is helping kagome out with the wound from where the sacred jewel came out of her body. then kagome tells kaede why inu is being permitted to stay in the village and kaede tells her that with the necklace on that with two words you can stop him(sum thing like tht)anyway she starts talking a lot about inu and inuyasha says how come she knows so much about him. She tells him tht Kikiyo is her older sister. Inuyasha says that Kikiyo must be 100yrs old and kaede tells inu tht she died on the same day she pinned him to the tree.

(Then I think) kagome is outside and you hear ppl talking bout how kagome is the re-incarnation of Kikiyo then she says she has to get out of there. The next scene is Inuyasha up in a tree when he reaches behind his back and catches a fruit tht kagome threw at him. he says where all the food came from and she tells him all the villagers gave t to her and asks if he can help her eat it all. inuyasha starts eating it but thinks its a trap and he goes up on a tree and yells at kagome for trying to trick him. She says why would I wanna trick you if all I have to say is sit boy. He falls into the ground face first again. She says sry.

then kagome is in the cabin sleeping and wonders how she can get back home when the scene switches to crows up on a tree with a slightly bigger one with 3 eyes(its a demon)then inuyasha comes and scares them all away. After everyone wakes up the villagers and kaede cant find kagome. (she went back to the well) when she’s like less then 100 ft away some men take her and next thing she knows is she’s in a cabin with ppl telling her skirt is way to short they grab her skirt and she tells them not to grab. Suddenly the boss tells kagome to give him the shard he takes a sword and is trying to kill her but misses a hole bunch of times and hits his own men.

inuyasha goes in search for the jewel and kagome and while kagome is helping out guys to get out of the cabin(she says tht he’s after the jewel so he throws it outside)inuyasha comes and puts his hand in his heart and sees tht the crow with the 3 eyes comes out. Then kagome tells kagome where the jewel is and you see the crow put it in his mouth and fly’s away. Then inuyasha carries kagome on his back and tells her that Kikiyo was a master at shooting arrows and kagome once again has to tell inu that she’s not Kikiyo and that she’s never shot an arrow in her life. She shoots two arrows and it doesn’t reach high enough. inuyasha drops kagome(on her butt) and tells her she sucks. Then you see inu running real fast chasing the crow when the crow picks up a boy villager and inuyasha does his iron reaver soul stealer and the boy drops in the river. Now kagome has to rescue the boy when a villager calls out that she’s a demon bc she swims fast(lol).

the crow re- puts its self together except for the foot which kagome has. she ties it to the arrow and inuyasha thinks thats smart because he’s trying to put himself back together and it needs its foot. then you see the demon explode but the jewel brakes into hundreds of little diamond like pieces and scatters in every direction. kagome has a bad feeling and tells inu tht she say the jewel fall over there. they find it and she says that its a little piece of it shard. Inuyasha yells out” WHAT DID YOU SAY!!!!!!!!"
the end

The villagers are beginning to close in around Inuyasha. He looks around, slightly amused. Kaede tells Kagome that she can't give him the jewel. Inuyasha begins running towards Kagome and Kagome runs away. Kagome trips over the bones of the centipede demon, which turns out to be a good thing because because of the fall, Inuyasha missed her head when he slashed at her with his claws. Kagome is surprised that Inuyasha actually tried to kill her. The villagers shoot arrows at Inuyasha but he just breaks them. He runs forward and with his claws, cuts down two trees, causing them to fall on the villagers. Kaede takes a necklace of black beads and some white (shells or teeth?). Kagome runs with Inuyasha right behind her. He lunges at her with his claws and misses again, but causes Kagome to fall forward. She drops the jewel and it rolls a little bit away. Meanwhile, the necklace is glowing purple and hovering in front of Kaede as she's chanting something. It disappears and reappears around Inuyasha's neck. Kaede yells at Kagome to utter a word to subdue Inuyasha. Kagome crawls forward and grabs the jewel, not knowing what Kaede is talking about. She runs forward and the ground breaks up under her. She falls down and drops the jewel. It rolls onto a rope bridge. Kagome wonders what she has to say to restrain Inuyasha as Inuyasha lands on the bridge. The jewel rolls towards him and he prepares to pick it up. Suddenly, his ears prick up and Kagome yells "SIT!" The necklace glows purple and Inuyasha's face gets crushed into the bridge. Kagome steps forward onto the bridge and Inuyasha tries to take the necklace off, but he can't. Kaede tells him that he can't remove it. Inuyasha threatens Kaede and Kagome says, "Sit" Inuyasha gets crushed into the bridge, but this time it doesn't hold and he falls into the river below.
The villagers are rebuilding the village.

Inside Kaede's hut, Kaede is tending to Kagome's wound. (Where the shikon no tama came out). Kaede tells har that it's going to be a problem that the Shikon no Tama came back. Demons and people with evil in their hearts will come after it. Kagome looks to the side and sees Inuyasha, lying with his back to her. He wants her to hand over the Shikon no Tama, but knows he can't attack her since she can just say "sit" and he'll get hurt. Kagome asks him why he wants it since he's already strong he doesn't need to borrow the power of the jewel. Kaede tells Kagome that it's because he's a hanyou (half-demon). At this, Inuyasha punches a hole through the floor. He's angry that Kaede is acting as if she knows him. He tells him that she's Kaede and he remembers the "little brat" that was at Kikyo's side. Kaede tells him that it's been 50 years since Kikyo sealed him to the tree. Inuyasha asks if Kikyo's an old hag like her. Kaede informs him that Kikyo died the day she sealed him with her arrow. She then goes on to say that Kagome is the reincarnation of Kikyo. The fact that she carried the Shikon no Tama in her body is proof.

Kagome walks through the village, Kaede's words still in her head. The villagers are talking about Kagome being the reincarnation of Kikyo. Kagome looks to the side and sees the villagers bowing to her and praying to her. She runs away.

Inuyasha is sitting in a tree. He's thinking about Kikyo and how she's dead. A piece of fruit comes flying at his back and he easily catches it. Kagome is standing under the tree, laden with fruit and vegetables that the villagers have given her. She invites Inuyasha to come down so that they can eat them together.

Kagome is sitting calmly, eating, while Inuyasha glares at her. She asks him why he doesn't like her. She's not Kikyo, she's Kagome! Inuyasha drops the vegetable he was eating and jumps up into his tree. She asks him to be more friendly with her. "FEH!" He doesn't care who she is, he wants the Shikon no Tama. Kagome reminds him that she can just say, "sit" and Inuyasha falls face-first out of the tree. "Sorry sorry cancel that."

Kagome is in Kaede's hut, trying to fall asleep. She's been in the Feudal Era for two days now. She falls asleep.

A little ways away, in a tree, a crow with three red eyes sits. It senses the Shikon no Tama that is now around the sleeping Kagome's neck. Inuyasha lands in the tree and slashes at the crow demons, but they get away.

Daytime. Kagome is headed towards Inuyasha Forest to find the Dry Well. Since she came from there, maybe she'll be able to go back from there, too.

The villagers and Kaede are looking for Kagome. Inuyasha overhears that she's not in the village.

Kagome is walking through the forest. Bandits are following her. She sees the well in the clearing and is about to go there when the bandits drop down and grab her.

They bring her to a run down house. The leader tells Kagome to hand over the Shikon no Tama. His speech is slurred and he's in the shadows. He gets up and walks over to Kagome on wobbly legs. He draws his sword and two bandits hold Kagome in place. The boss brings his sword down, misses Kagome, and kills one of the men who was holding her in place. The rest of the bandits are horrified. He swings again, not caring whether her hits Kagome or his bandits. The bandits push Kagome forward, telling their boss that she's the one he needs to kill. Kagome points out to them that their boss is acting a little strange. Suddenly the bandits duck down and Kagome does the same just in time. The sword flies above her head.

Inuyasha is running through the forest. He lands in a tree and sniffs the air. He wonders where Kagome disappeared to with the Shikon no Tama.

The boss is still swinging and missing. The whole house is getting destroyed. By this point the bandits are trying to run away but the exit is blocked. Rubble falls onto one of the bandits and Kagome runs over to him and helps him out. The others run over to her and tell her that the exit is blocked. The boss is still telling Kagome to hand over the Shikon no Tama. Kagome notices that wherever she goes, the bandits go too, hiding behind her. She throws the Shikon no Tama away and tells the bandits to knock a hole in the wall. "Boss! It's not working!" (Notice how Kagome has now become the boss). The real boss has walked over to Kagome. He holds the sword over his head and begins to bring it down on her.

That's when Inuyasha bursts in through the wall and breaks the boss' sword. Kagome is happy to see him as he beats up the boss. The boss falls backwards and the bandits escape through the hole created by Inuyasha. Kagome asks Inuyasha if he came to rescue her and Inuyasha asks about the Shikon no Tama and whether or not it's safe. Kagome laughs nervously. Inuyasha notices that the boss' body is giving off a rotting, decomposing stench. As the boss' armor falls away, we see a hole in his chest leading to his heart. Inside the crow demon sits. It ate its way into his heart and has been sitting there, controlling his body. Inuyasha punches his hand into the hole where the man's heart was and the crow demon bursts out through the man's back while his body turns to bone. The crow demon flies out. Kagome asks Inuyasha whether or not he's going to go after it but Inuyasha isn't - that is until he sees that the crow demon takes the Shikon no Tama that Kagome threw out and flies off with it. Inuyasha bursts out of the building, dragging Kagome behind him. Suddenly he stops and looks at the horses the bandits left behind. On one of the horses is a bow and arrows. He goes off with Kagome holding the bow and arrows on his back. *commercials*

Inuyasha is jumping from tree to tree, following the crow demon with Kagome on his back. He tells Kagome to shoot the crow down but she says it's impossible since she's never shot a bow before. Inuyasha warns her that the crow demon lives off human flesh. Just then the crow swallows the Shikon jewel. She decides to try to shoot it down. Inuyasha tells her to shoot it down with her first shot since Kikyo was a master archer. She aims and reminds him that she's not Kikyo. She lets the arrow fly...and misses miserably. Inuyasha falls and slides on his face a few feet with Kagome still on his back. She asks him if Kikyo being a master archer was a lie.

The crow demon gets bigger. Inuyasha is running with Kagome on his back again. She takes aim, lets the arrow fly, and again misses. Inuyasha stops and drops Kagome off his back. "You are definitely not Kikyo's reincarnation!" Then he goes off by himself.

The crow flies over the village. It picks up a child and carries him off. Inuyasha is running alongside the crow. "I'm going to slice you up along with your food!" he says and Kagome yells at him to save the child. Inuyasha slashes the crow with his claws, breaking it up into pieces. The child falls into the river but Inuyasha is looking for the Shikon no Tama, not worrying about the drowning child.

Kagome pulls off her shoes and socks (THAT'S MARVELOUS AND GREAT SCAN) and dives into the river.
She swims towards the child, grabs him, and swims to shore. Inuyasha yells at her from the opposite shore to find the Shikon no Tama. "HMMM!" Kagome ignores Inuyasha, shocking him. "Wha...what was that?!"

The crow demon pulls itself back together and flies out of the river. Inuyasha yells at Kagome, telling her that the dmeon is escaping. Suddenly the kid begins to yell. The demon's foot is still attacked to his back. Kagome borrows a bow from a villager.

Kagome aims at the demon, the foot tied to the arrow. She lets the arrow fly and it soars straight at the demon. The arrow hits, and a bright purple light comes from it. The Shikon no Tama begins to crack and then it breaks apart. The pieces shoot all over.

Sunset. Kagome and Inuyasha are looking for the jewel (NOW KAGOME HAD WEAR HER SHOES AND SOCKS. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THIS BECAUSE I'D LIKE KAGOME WITH BARE FOOT FOR THIS MOMENT). A rustling is heard from the trees. The head of the crow demon is coming at them. Inuyasha slashes at it, destroying it. From the head falls a piece of the Shikon jewel. Kagome picks it up. Inuyasha spazzes...

Regarding some of the previous episode, InuYasha kills Miss Centipede,
but still threating Kagome to kill her if she doesn't give him the Shikon no Tama. The people is still admiring Kagome by thinking she's Kikyou. During the partnered lunch, Kagome and InuYasha "quarrel" themselves and she says she isn't Kikyou. She asks him if they could be friends, but he refuses this quote. At night, Kagome lays on a bed and gets worried about her mom, grandpa and Souta, her kiddie brother calling for her in our days. Meanwhile outside, Shigokarasu, a crow-like evil youkai with three eyes and teeth, watches it. InuYasha jumps onto the tree and scaries all the birds but the devil one...

Next day, very early, Kagome goes to the Bone Eater Well, when a group
of bandits kidnap and take her away(oh damned!). Kaede and the people
are searching for her, no good results. Inside an abandoned temple, the criminals are "popping out" on her clothes, leaving her ashamed and a bit nervous. Suddenly their leader appears. He's an enormous zombie-like barefoot man(I wonder he's 205cm tall?) who wants the Shikon no Tama. With his sword he cuts one of his own bandits just to aim at Kagome to take the Shikon. The remaining bandits run away in panic while the horrid big bandit tries to kill her. Kagome has the "brilliant" idea of throwing away the Shikon while InuYasha breaks one of the walls and enter the temple. Inu says this big enemy stinks like a rotten corpse. They can see a hole replacing his heart and the evil Shigokarasu pops out as Kagome throws away the Shikon and InuYasha drills his fist at the man's heart hole.

Shigokarasu grabs the Shikon and flies away. Mounted in InuYasha's back, Kagome tries to hit the demon crow with her arrows, but it's in vain. InuYasha complains that definitively she's not Kikyou. To get
things even worse, Shigokarasu swallows the Shikon and flies to a village close to the river. He grabs a small boy and tries to escape with it. InuYasha and Kagome are still chasing it. Kagome asks Inu not to hurt the kid, but he ignores and slashes the demon crow, causing the kid to fall into the river. Around the disarvored people, Kagome neverbacks: she takes off her shoes and socks(that was marvelous, hehehehahahahaaa!) and dives to save the kid. She's successful in doing so. InuYasha gets shocked as Kagome misses his requesting for the Shikon no Tama. Shigokarasu regenerates, but his foot is still attached to the boy's clothes. This time Kagome had produced a revolutionary idea: she takes the crow´s foot, ties it to an arrow(she has granted a bow and some arrows from one of the villagers) and shots it at the evil crow, since he's trying to reconnect himself. The arrow destroys Shigokarasu, but also crushes the Shikon no Tama, causing it to break into thousands of small shards which scatter land-around. Kaede goes a bit nervous as she feels this happening would bring more evil and problems for all them.

Later, at the sunset, Kagome and InuYasha are joining up again. She shows him one of that glowing shards(yes, she took one of 'em, but don´t ask me how she did it, okay?). So it´s evident for both them: their newcoming journey to recover all Shikon shards before evil cast its cold shadow over this world.

Episode Two: Those who seek the Shikon No Tama

Well basically, Kagome freaks out about being worshipped by the villagers who think she's Kikyou. She then goes to Inuyasha and shares her lunch with him. He's all "What are you plotting?" and she says "nothing." She then asks him why he hates her so much. He just says "This is delicious." with a hilarious annoyed look on his face. He's holding this ridiculous long white carrot thing with a bite mark in the middle. She then procedes to tell him that she is NOT Kikyou. He jumps up into the tree. She asks if they could be friends but he answers "FEH." Later on you see Kagome in a bed on the floor. She thinks "It's been three days since i came to this strange world. Mama, Jija, Souta...I hope they're not worried about me...I have to go home..." Outside you see this Large crow with three eyes and a long tail. It's staring through the house and through the covers at Kagome, looking at the Shikon No Tama. Suddenly, Inuyasha jumps into the tree and all the birds scatter. He cuts and slashes at them, but doesn't get the Youkai (demon). The next day, Kagome wanders off by herself to go to the well, thinking she'll go home now. However, she gets kidnapped by a bunch of men. The next thing you see is Kaede and a bunch of villagers calling out to Kagome, wondering where she is. Inuyasha watches them and gathers that Kagome wandered off with the jewel. He gets pissed and hurries off. Back with Kagome. She is pushed to the ground on her stomach by the men and they begin to wonder about her strange kimono. They end up looking under Kagome's skirt, which totally freaks her out. She jumps up and holds her skirt down, blushing. The men chuckle and ask her what was she expecting, wearing a suggesting kimono such as that. Suddenly this ridiculously huge man (and i mean it, this guy must be 8 ft.) who looks as pale as ivory walks over and says "Hand over the Shikon No Tama." He then pulls out his sword to cut her down and the men cheer him on. However he completely misses and hits on of his own men. The men freak out and ask him what he's doing, kill the GIRL. All the men and Kagome run to the other side of the room, Kagome supporting the injured man. They begin to call her "Boss" (The name they were calling the huge guy) and she gets a little annoyed by that. She tells the men to break down the wall, but it's no use. She thinks "If i get rid of this Shikon No Tama, will he stop hurting people?" So she (stupidly) takes it off and throws it outside. The man doesn't seem to notice that and swings his sword with surprising accurasy. It's about to hit Kagome when Inuyasha barges in and breaks the sword. Inuyasha says the man reaks of corpses. Suddenly, the front of the man's armor falls down, revealing a hole where the heart should be with the Youkai crow in it. Inuyasha says he thought so and rams his fist into the hole (EW). The bird flies away and the man turns back into bones. Kagome says thank you and Inuyasha says "I only did it to protect the Shikon No Tama." "Well.." she says, but he interrupts "let's go back to the village." Kagome keeps trying to tell him that she doesn't have it, but he doesn't listen until he sees the crow dive down once they're outside and grab the Shikon No Tama, then fly off. Inuyasha says "You threw away the Shikon No Tama!?!?" He then grabs her hand and begins to run (idiot, you really think she can run at your speed?) then he stops when he sees bows and arrows on a saddle on a horse. The next thing you see is Kagome riding on Inuyasha's back with the bow and arrows. Inuyasha explains that Kikyou was an expert archer, so Kagome should be too. They catch up to the bird, Inuyasha running and jumping, and Kagome says "I AM NOT KIKYOU!" and then she thinks "Even so, Kikyou, please lend me your strength." She fires an arrow and hilariously misses the bird. Inuyasha falls as a result of the inbalance. He says "What was that!?" Kagome responds "I've never used a bow and arrow, give me a break!" Suddenly the bird swallows the Shikon No Tama and it's size multiplies like 500 times. Inuyasha, now in the sky again, with Kagome on his back, says "Ok, the target is now much larger." Again, Kagome hilariously misses the bird. Inuyasha falls again and throws Kagome off of his back saying that she is definitely not the reincarnation of Kikyou. He then runs off. Kagome runs back to the village. Back with Inuyasha. The bird is flying over a bridge and grabs a little boy off of it. Inuyasha (seeing this) says that he'll cut the Youkai up along with its food. He then uses Sankontetsusou on it and it is torn to pieces (the little boy just falls into the river). Inuyasha then begins to look frantically, saying "Where is it? Shikon No Tama?" Kagome (finally getting there and seeing the boy going downstream and none of the people helping him because they don't know how to swim) tears off her shoes and socks and jumps into the river, saying that she's glad she took those swimming lessons. She grabs the little boy and tells him to relax. She then swims back to the people and they thank her for saving the boy. Suddenly, the birds claw (still attatched to the boy's shirt) and Kagome gets an idea. She asks if she can borrow a villager's bow and arrows. He agrees. The next thing you see is the arrow speeding towards the bird with it's claw tied onto it. (This was very smart - The Youkai was pulling itself back together since it had the Shikon No Tama. By using the claw, the body was pulling the claw and the arrow towards itself.) The arrow hits the Youkai and there is a bright light, you see the Shikon No Tama breaking and then all of its shards go flying in all different directions. The next thing you see is Inuyasha and Kagome looking all through the forest. Kagome goes "O!" and picks up one of it's shards. Inuyasha freaks out. The next thing you see is Kaede explaining that Kagome's pure arrow broke the Shikon No Tama into shards that sped all over the world.

Kagome dives into the river, before that kagome take off her shoes and socks, and she run to shore with bare foot and leaps in.

Sunset. Kagome and Inuyasha are looking for the jewel. A rustling is heard from the trees. The head of the crow demon is coming at them. Inuyasha slashes at it, destroying it. From the head falls a piece of the Shikon jewel. Kagome picks it up. Inuyasha spazzes...

This episode starts out with Inuyasha, Kagome and Kaede having a stand off. As the rest of the villagers fall in behind Inuyasha, Kaede warns Kagome to pay no heed to what Inuyasha says. As he becomes annoyed, Inuyasha tells Kagome that he hates having to wait, and that he hates the smell of her (Probably because she smells like Kikyo). He rushes at her, and when she tries to run away, she trips over the bones of Mistress Centipede. Inuyasha's attack barely goes over her head, nicking her hair on the way. She is surprised and realizes that he was actually trying to hit her with the attack. The villagers then try to kill him with arrows and spears, but they just deflect off of him. He then goes towards the villagers, cutting 2 trees to fall on them. He gets on the stump like it was a podium and says" Do you think you can destroy me like I destroyed the centipede?" In response to this statement, a villager remarks to Kaede that he thinks they would have been better off deealing with the centipede. Kaede agrees and pulls a neckalce out of her pocket saying "Somehow I knew it would come to this." As she is saying that, Kagome is running away from Inuyasha, who tells her to prepare herself. When she breathlessly asks what she needs to prepare herself for, he attacks her from the trees. She trips and loses hold of the jewel. As Inuyasha goes after the jewel, the necklace in Kaede's hand falls apart and reassambles around Inuyasha's neck. Kagome grabs the jewel as Kaede yells at her to say the word of "Subjugation" (of course Kagome is utterly clueless). As Kagome starts running, a part of the cliff she is on collapses, and she falls. As she falls, she loses hold of the jewel again, and it rolls on to the bridge in front of her. As she watches it roll, Inuyasha jumps in front of it, and while he reaches for it, she realizes what she is supposed to say to make the necklace work after glancing at Inuyasha's dog ears. "Sit Boy!!" She yells. She keeps yelling that for a few seconds intil In uyasha just sits there. He then tries to take off the necklace that makes him sit, but he can't. Kaede then tells him that he cant, and Inuyasha replies that he would go to her and kill her if she didn't already look half-dead. Kaede smirks and asks Kagome for the word. Kagome tells Inuyasha to sit, and he falls through the bridge into the river.

The next day Kaede is tending to Kagome's wouond in her side from the centipede. As she binds the wound, she warns Kagome of the demons and petty people who would come after the jewel. Being reminded of petty people, Kagome asks Inuyasha(who is laying right there in front of them) what he is still doing there, and he replies that he is waiting for the jewel. Kaede tells Kagome that the brunt of that threat is no good b/c of the necklace.

The next morning, Kagome sets out to find Inuyasha in a tree. She convinces him to eat a few biets with him, and he tells her that she is trying to lull him into a false sense of security to let his guard down. She softly says that that statement is surprising considering all she needs to do is say "sit." As she says that, Inuyasha falls off the limb he was on to land face first in the dirt.

Later that night, you see crows on a tree, specifically one crow with three eyes watching Kagome while she sleeps. Inuyasha then comes onto the tree slashing, commenting that the crows are only there because they sense the jewel, calling them vultures.

The next day, Kagome goes into the woods to return to the well where she came in to this world. As she is walking there, she is abducted by a group of bandits. As she is taken into their hut, she is lain on the ground. One of her captors comments that her "kimono" is shorter than even his. As she tries to yell at him, the leader of the bandits stands up and tells her to give him the jewel. The leader gets nearer to Kagome, but instead of killing her with his sword, he hits one of the men holding her arms. Everybody then runs for cover, and the roof collapses on one of the men. Kagome helps the man out, and the rest of them start to address her as boss. As the others make their escape, Kagome throws the jewel out the door to keep the troll/leader from getting it. As the leader picks up his sword to strike Kagome with it, Inuyasha burst into the scene to block the blow. He then notices a smell, and he watches as the leaders armor rips, and he sees three eyes of a carrion bird looking out fromwhere the leaders heart was supposed to be. He punches the bird ouot, and as it goes outside, Kagome urges Inuyasha to go after it. They then get into a fight about it, and while they do, the bird picks up the jewel that was laying outside on the ground. As Inuyasha comes out of the bandit's hut asking where the jewel was, he sees the crow taking it up into the sky. He then starts after it taking Kagome and a bow and arrows with him. He tells her to try and shoot the bird, but she tells him that she has never shot a bow before in her life, and Inuyasha impatiently explains. Kikyo was a master bowman, and Kagome was her reincarnation. Kagome takes a shot, but misses every time. Inuyasha finally dumps her a goes after the demon alone. The demon grabs a little boy before flying over the river where Inuyasha cuts him into pieces. The boy is swept swiftly downstream, and Kagome takes off her shoes and socks to go after him. As she brings the boy back to the shore, Inuyasha shouts from the other side to be looking for the jewel, not the boy. Kagome turns her back on him, and as she does, the bird reforms and flies out of the water. At that instant, the birds claw( which had become detached from the body) started pulling on the boys shirt. Kagome gets an idea, and straps the bird claw onto a bow as she shoots it thinking ot herself that the foot can't help but be drawn to the jewel inside the bird. As the arrow hits the bird, it also hits the jewel, which divides into lots and lots of shards. These shards all fly off in different directions covering miles or so, but of course, nobody knows that the jewel is shattered. As the scene changes to sunset, Kagome and Inuyasha are looking for the jewel(still whole in their belief). out of no where, the evil birds head goes straight at Kagome, and Inuyasha cuts it up. Out of its head falls a glowing something, and Kagome fears it is what she thinks it is. She then tells Inuyasha that it is a jewel shard, and there is then a flashback to when the jewel is broken. The last scene is of Inuyasha screaming in disbelief "WHAT?!?"

The next morning, Kagome takes a walk in the woods and is captured by a group of thieves. The thieves then take her to their leader, who is after the Shikon no Tama. Episode Summary for Episode 2 - The Seekers Of The Sacred Jewel. Written by inuyashaworld.com visitor

Kagome pulls off her shoes and socks and dives into the river.

Inuyasha threatened to kill Kagome if she desn't hand over the Sacred Jewel, and he almost did. Thankfully, Lady Kaede made a necklace and threw it on Inuyasha's neck. Then she told Kagome to choose a word. Just then she dropped the Sacred Jewel and it landed on a bridge. Inuyasha jumped on the bridge, and just when his hand is an inch away from the Jewel, Kagome yelled: Sit!

The necklace on Inuyasha's neck dragged him to the ground. Kagome said 'sit' again, and Inuyasha fell through the bridge. Kagome got hold of the Jewel.

Kagome wandered off and was caught by bandits. They took her to their boss, who demanded the Jewel. She refused, and the boss started swinging his sword around. Not at Kagome, but everywhere.

Inuyasha heard what happened and rescued Kagome. A three-eyed crow flew out of the boss. Kagome told Inuyasha how she threw the Jeweloutside to distract the boss, and Inuyasha jumped out, only to find the crow flying off with the Jewel. The crow swallowed the jewel and became stronger and faster.

Kagome tried to hit the crow with an arrow, but missed. The crow caught a child and carried off with him . Kagome tried again, hit a claw, and saved the child. She then tied the claw to an arrow and shot it. This time it hitted because the crow's purpose was to get the Jewel, and the claw directed the arrow to the direction of the Jewel. It was a hit alright, but the Jewel broke into tiny shards. Now Kagome and Inuyasha have to work together and collect the shards before evil lay their hands on them.
Episode Summary for Episode 2 - The Seekers Of The Sacred Jewel. Written by inuyashaworld.com visitor
There is a recap of what happened on the last ep. We then return to the forest, where the villagers surround Inu. Kaede tells Kagome to ignore Inu, and Kagome suddenly realizes that the jewel makes demons more powerful, therefore it must be cursed. Inu says that he hates waiting, and that he hates the smell of Kagome. He chases her, but she trips on one of the centipede’s bones and falls, just inches under Inu’s claws as he swipes at her. She can’t believe that he tried to hit her. The villagers shoot arrows at Inu, but he knocks them easily away. He then leaps up and slices at two trees, which fall and scatter the villagers. He lands on one of the tree stumps and yells down at the villagers that they can’t hurt him like he hurt the centipede.

One of the villagers tells Kaede that they might have had a better chance with the centipede (ha ha!). Kaede knew it might come to this, so she pulls a beaded necklace out of her kimono. Meanwhile, Inu attacks Kagome again, and she goes tumbling to the ground, dropping the jewel in the process. Inu rebounds off of a tree and goes for the jewel, but Kaede uses some sort of special magic to transport the necklace from her hand to around Inu’s neck. Inu lands on a rock in front of Kagome and looks at the beaded necklace, wondering what the heck it is. Kaede then tells Kagome to use the “word of subjugation”. Kagome’s like, “what word?”, and Kaede tells her that it doesn’t matter: her word has the power to hold Inu’s spirit. Kagome grabs the jewel and runs again, and she falls down an embankment When she lands at the bottom, the jewel rolls away from her onto a small wooden bridge. Inu leaps through the air toward the jewel, asking Kagome how she can overpower him when she can’t even sit up. Just when Inu is about to grab the jewel, Kagome suddenly sees his dog ears twitching and shouts the words “Sit boy!”. Oh yeah!

The necklace glows and Inu is suddenly pulled (face-first) down onto the bridge. Kagome yells “Sit boy” a few more times and Inu is held in place (face-first!). That was so good. Inu sits up and tries to pull the necklace off, but can’t. Kaede says “Sorry Inuyasha” (yeah right) but that he lacks the power to remove it. Inu says “We’ll see about that”, and tells Kaede that he’d finish her off if she didn’t look half-dead already (ha ha!). Kaede asks Kagome for the “word” again, and she gladly says “Sit boy”. This time, Inu falls so hard onto the bridge that the boards break and he falls through, tumbling down into the water below. Kagome wishes that she’d said those words earlier.

The villagers begin repairing the damage done by the demon centipede. Kaede is in a hut, dressing the wound in Kagome’s side. Kagome mentions what a pain it must be to have to rebuild the village. Kaede indicates that the pain is just beginning. Now that they are in possession of the Shikon no Tama again, many evil forces will be after it (demons and humans alike), as it can fulfill their “petty, grasping ambitions”. We then see that Inu is in the hut with them. Kagome asks him why he’s still there, and he replies that he’s waiting for the jewel. Kaede explains that with the necklace on, Inu is less of a threat, and that’s why they can allow him so close to the jewel.

Kagome asks Inu why he wants the jewel, because he seems tstrong enough on his own. Kaede says that he’s only a half-demon. Inu gets mad and punches a hole through the floor, saying he’s tired of hearing some woman he doesn’t even know talk like she knows him. Kaede reveals that she is Kikyo’s younger sister. Inu does remembers her, and calls her “the brat”. Kaede says that 50 years have passed. Inu says that if that’s true, then Kikyo must be about 100. He’s glad that he doesn’t have to worry about getting old (yet). Kaede then tells him that Kikyo didn’t either, because she died the day she shot him with the arrow. Inu sarcastically says that he’s sorry to hear it, and that he doesn’t care, because it’s one less thing for him to worry about. Kaede warns him not to let his guard down. She believes that Kagome is the reincarnation of Kikyo. Not just because she looks like her, but because the jewel of four souls was in her body. It is now up to Kagome to guard the jewel.

Kagome goes for a walk, and ponders her new destiny. Meanwhile, the villagers are talking about her, and about the rumour that she is the reincarnated Kikyo. Kagome sees them watching her, and feeling self-conscious, runs off. We then see Inu sitting up in a tree, thinking to himself that he never knew Kikyo had died. A fruit comes flying at him from behind, and without looking, he catches it. Kagome approaches on the ground, with a basket full of goodies. Inu asks where she got it, and she says the villagers gave it to her. She asks Inu to help her eat it.

As Kagome and Inu sit on a bank by the shore, Inu stares at her. He says that whatever she’s up to, he “ain’t buyin’ it”. She says that she knows Inu doesn’t like her, but she believes that it’s Kikyo he doesn’t like, not her. Inu retreats back into the tree, and Kagome says (once again) that she’s not Kikyo. She asks if they can call a truce, and Inu says “I knew it!” He says that he’s only after the jewel, and accuses her of trying to lead him into a false sense of security. She finds that funny, seeing as all she has to do is say the magic words to make him obey. When she says them, Inu is pulled out of the tree and falls head-first onto the ground. Oops! Kagome apologizes.

That night, while Kagome falls asleep, she thinks about her her family. She figures that she must get back home. Outside the village, black birds with three strange eyes in each of their heads are watching the village. Inu chases them away, saying that they’ve only come because they can smell the jewel. The next morning, Kagome leaves the village and makes her way into the forest. She is going to try to get home. Kaede is searching for Kagome in the village, but no one can find her. She worries that Kagome has gone off on her own, and that she didn’t warn Kagome enough about the potential danger. Inu overhears this.

We see that Kagome is being followed in the forest. She finds the well, but before she can get to it, she is attacked and captured by three men. They take her to their hideout, and it appears their leader had instructed them to find her. After some rude comments from the men, their leader (a huge bald guy) gets up and says he wants the jewel. Two of the men hold Kagome as the leader draws his sword (he’s going to kill her!). With his first swipe, he kills one of the men holding Kagome. Oops! He then starts swinging at everyone. The men wonder what he’s doing. They push Kagome forward, and she protests, saying that there’s something wrong with their leader (and couldn’t they tell?). She tells them that they’ll be next if they don’t get going. As they all scatter from their leader’s sword again, Kagome’s thinking “Here I am, in feudal Japan, playing duck-duck-goose with an eight-foot troll”. This is classic Inuyasha!

Meanwhile, Inu is looking for Kagome. He’s more concerned about the jewel than he is about Kagome (or so he says). Back at the hideout, the leader is destroying everything. Kagome helps an injured man, and starts wishing that she didn’t have the jewel. She flashes back to when Kaede said that not just demons, but men also would be seeking the jewel. The men hide behind Kagome (cowards!), and then Kagome remembers that the leader wants the jewel. She takes it off and throws it out of the building (through a small hole in the wall). She then orders the men to push the other wall out so they can escape. They try, but are unsuccessful. Kagome is surprised when they say “Sorry boss, no good.” (did they just call her “boss”?). The leader comes up behind Kagome and swings his sword at her. Inu barges through the wall and flies in front of her, taking the hit (without injury). Kagome is pleasantly surprised. Inu pummels the leader and he falls down. The other men then run like hades to get out.

Kagome can’t believe that Inu came, but he only asks her if the jewel is safe. She’s like, “jewel?”, and Inu is flabberghasted that she forgot about it. The leader then gets up and Inu smells something nasty. They see that there’s a hole where the man’s heart should be, and one of those weird crows is inside him! (it took out his heart and made a nest). Anyway, Inu punches his fist into the hole where the crow is. It flies out the back of the body, and the body disintegrates into bones. The crow flies out the window, and Kagome asks if Inu is going after it. He says that there are many monsters in the world and that he can’t chase them all. He asks Kagome where the jewel is and then looks outside to see the crow flying off with it! He chastizes Kagome, who then tells him to go after it.

Inu grabs Kagome’s hand and drags her along with him as he runs. He then stops suddenly, and looks to his left, where he sees a horse standing. There is a bow and arrows tied to the saddle. The next thing we know, Inu is flying through the air with Kagome on his back, and she’s carrying the bow and arrows. He tells Kagome to hurry up and shoot the crow, but she’s never used a bow in her life! He tells her that things’ll get worse if the crow swallows the jewel, and then we see the crow actually swallow the jewel. Kagome agrees that she’ll try. Inu then inwardly thinks that once the crow is dead, she’s next!

Inu indicates that Kikyo was a master archer, and that Kagome can take the crow in one shot. Kagome retorts that she is Kagome, not Kikyo, but she silently asks Kikyo for strength. Inu leaps up, and Kagome fires...... and misses! Inu lands flat on his face, and Kagome questions the fact that Kikyo was a master archer. Inu replies “She was. It’s you that’s the clutz!” (classic!)

They continue the chase, and the crow gets bigger. Kagome takes another shot, and misses again. Inu stops and Kagome falls off his back. Inu gets angry and says that no matter what Kaede says, Kagome is not Kikyo. He then takes off to catch the crow on his own. Meanwhile, the crow flies over the village and grabs a little boy. Inu has the crow in sight, and says (to himself) that the bird will have to go through him before it’ll have its next meal. Kagome yells at Inu not to do anything because he might hurt the little boy. He jumps up and claws the bird to pieces. The boy falls into the river. As Inu is too preoccupied with the jewel to help the little boy, Kagome has to dive in and save him. The villagers are awed by Kagome’s swimming ability. Inu yells at Kagome from the other side of the river to save the jewel. She ignores him (to his shock), and she is then thanked for saving the boy.

The bird reforms under the water and then flies up out of the river. Inu yells to Kagome that it’s getting away. Kagome sees that a part of the bird (its foot) is still attached to the little boy, and she gets an idea. She borrows a bow from a villager. Inu is doubtful that she will hit the crow, but when he sees what she’s doing, he understands. She ties the bird’s foot to an arrow, and fires it. Because the foot is part of the bird, it will be drawn by the jewel, and that will guide the arrow. The arrow hits, and the crow is destroyed, but the jewel shatters into tiny pieces! A bright flash explodes in the sky, and everyone watches as streams of light begin to shoot everywhere. Kaede does not like the look of it.

At dusk, Kagome and Inu are in the forest looking for the jewel (for where it fell). Kagome says she’s worried about that bright light they saw earlier. Suddenly, the head of the crow comes flying toward Kagome, but Inu steps in and slashes it away. Something falls to the ground. Kagome says “I hope that’s not what I think it....”. Inu asks what, and she kneels down to pick it up. It’s a piece of the jewel! Inu freaks out.

Episode Summary for Episode 2 - The Seekers Of The Sacred Jewel. Written by inuyashaworld.com visitor
There's some recapping of what happened in the previous episode. Inuyasha then starts to attack Kagome yelling for the jewel. Kagome just barely dodges his attacks, which were meant to scare her. (You can tell Inuyasha doesn’t really want to kill her since it appears he’s missing on purpose) Kaede claims that Inuyasha's just as crazy as he was fifty years ago and pulls out a strange necklace from her pocket and uses a spell to magically place it around Inuyasha's neck. She then tells Kagome to use a word to subdue Inuyasha. Kagome randomly picks the word "oswari" which means "sit" as in how you'd say it to your dog if you were Japanese. Instantly, Inuyasha is shoved face first into the dirt. Inuyasha is enraged and tries to take the necklace off, but finds he can't. The only person that can remove the necklace is Kagome and she’s not about to anytime soon. Poor Inuyasha. ^_^

Kaede tells Kagome to say "sit" again, so she does and Inuyasha goes crashing through a bridge to the waters of the river far below. Kaede then tells them to take the jewel and return to the village since Inuyasha will no longer be a problem because Kagome can control him at will now. Back at the village, Kaede patches Kagome's wound and the villagers repair the damage that the centipede monster made. Kaede tells her that the jewel came from her body and that she was the reincarnation of her long dead sister, Kikyou. She then warns that people with evil in their hearts or youkai will come after the jewel. Inuyasha himself refuses to believe that this strange girl is the reincarnation of Kikyou and just shrugs it off rudely.

Kagome asks Inuyasha (who's just sitting around in the room looking pissed off) why he's still around and why he wants the jewel since he's already powerful and doesn't seem to need any more power to get by. Kaede explains that Inuyasha's a hanyou, or half demon. Inuyasha gets pissed and asks Kaede how she would know anything about him. Kaede tells him that he probably doesn't remember her, but she was Kikyou's little sister. Inuyasha then asks if Kikyou is an old woman like Kaede, but Kaede tells him that Kikyou died on the same day he was sealed. Inuyasha just smirks and says it was for the better that she died. He also claims to not believe that Kagome is the reincarnation of Kikyou and sticks to this little thought of his for another few episodes. Stubborn boy. He should’ve been born a redhead. (j/k)

Kaede tells Kagome to protect the jewel as it is now her duty to keep it out of evil one’s hands. The villagers then think that Kagome is the reincarnation and bow to her and give her food. Kagome takes the food and goes to find Inuyasha who's brooding in a tree and asks him if he wants to share the food with her. He just sits there glaring at "Kikyou" and tells her that all he wants is the jewel. Kagome tells him that all she has to do is say "sit" and he'll be subdued. Of course, her saying "sit" made him topple out of the tree and hit the ground. Kagome says she's sorry, but you can tell she doesn’t mean it. XD

That night, Kagome decides she'll go home tomorrow since her family would be worried about her being absent for that long. Outside, a huge ugly crow youkai senses the jewel and Inuyasha chases it off. The next morning, Kagome takes off back to the well and is stopped by a group of thugs that drag her back to their master who wants the jewel. He tries to kill her, but accidentally hits one of his own followers as if he's drunk. His followers start to fear him and they all try to escape his drunken rage, but the master guy blocks the exit and they're all trapped. Kagome figures out that all he wants is the jewel, so takes the jewel off and throws it out the window hoping to distract the boss long enough to run away. The boss however takes his sword and swings at her, but she's saved by Inuyasha who comes busting through the door just in time. Inuyasha shows her that the boss guy has the crow thing in his chest. The crow was a demon that ate into his heart and controlled him trying to get the jewel. Since crow demons are very weak, they have to take over stronger bodies to have any real power. The crow runs from the body and the boss turns into a skeleton and then turns into dust.

Inuyasha asks her if the jewel is safe and she says she threw it outside. The crow, meanwhile, takes the jewel in its beak and takes off. Inuyasha gets pissed that she'd be that careless and grabs her a bow and arrow and carries her on his back as he runs to follow the crow. He tells her to shoot, so she does and misses. She tries again and misses again and Inuyasha is stupified. He then drops her and tells her she can't possibly be the reincarnation of Kikyou because Kikyou was a master archer and Kagome’s nothing but a burden. He then takes off without her and the crow picks up a baby from a bridge and takes off with it to eat it. Inuyasha attacks the crow and it breaks apart and the kid falls into the water. Kagome dives in to save the kid and is thanked by the villagers who think she’s some sort of water youkai since she can swim so well. She then snubs Inuyasha off when he asks her where the jewel is. (^_^)

Using the powers of the jewel in its shattered body, the crow regenerates and the body parts return to the crow. On the kid there happens to be the leg of the crow. Kagome takes it, ties it to her arrow and shoots it into the air following the now almost fully regenerated crow. Because the body part was being called to the crow demon, the arrow hits its mark and kills the crow as well as accidentally shattering the jewel. Inuyasha and Kagome look on as a shower of magic pieces fill the sky taking off into all directions. When they get to the place where the crow has fallen dead, they discover only a small fragment of the jewel. Looks like they're off on a hunt now! (And of course Inuyasha’s not a happy camper)
