Question:How is it that when a character gets hurt or their clothes are ripped, that in the very next episode, they are back to normal?

  • There are two reasons that I can see. (1) It's just a cartoon not reality. (2) It's a trademark. Inuyasha's trademark is that red outfit. Kagome's trademark is that green schoolgirl outfit. And so on with the other characters.

  • lol good question. Its a cartoon. As such, the cartoonists grant the characters freaky characters like instantly mending clothes. However, as for the hurt part, they are still injured in following episodes. A good example is when Inuyasha was fighting Sesshomaru the second time. Sesshomaru put his hand through Inuyasha's chest. Cause of this, he had really tough time against Royokan. As for minor injuries, he regenerates overnight. Other characters also retain their injuries. At one point Kirara is poisoned by Naraku's miasma, and they go to find Jinenji to find cure.
