- yes. you can go to Anime conventions in almost any mojor city per province (ie in alberta theres www.otafest.com for calgary, www.animethon.org for edmonton and in BC theres www.animeevolution.com in vancover and in toronto or ontario theres AnimeNorth which is the biggest animeconvention in the country. )(but i hear tell anime evolution kicks ass because all the voice actors go there) anime conventions are always a great source of anime and have in recent years been a great source for rare and interesting IY merchendise.
other then that local comic stores might hold inu yasha mangas or DVDs . A&B sound as well asHMV sell inu yasha DVDs usually have to be ordered (i dont recomend that method though as they are very expensive) Amazon.ca or chapters or coles usually have a decent selection of anime including IY but most items must be ordered.
andof course there are hundreds of online anime stores where you can order whatever you disire. your range in this idea can increase greatly if you speak other languages including japanese.
BWAHAHA do i know my IY or do i know my IY ^_^
also if your area or city has a china town location there are usually pleantiful sourcesof anime related stores there.
^_^ hope that helps.
